ROUTINE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Each summer, we perform maintenance and upgrades on many of our facilities. The maintenance schedule typically ranges from painting to upgrading sprinkler systems or replacing furnishings. Even with this focus on providing the best facilities possible, maintenance issues can occur.

Below are the costs for repairing or replacing many of the furnishings and facilities frequently damaged in University Apartments. Damage charges reflect minimal labor costs; thus additional required labor will result in a higher charge.
