In order to check out properly, you must complete and submit the online Intent to Vacate Form at least seven days prior to moving out of your apartment.
You must also schedule a check-out appointment with the area office by calling (618) 453-5767. Failure to do so will result in an improper check-out charge. Direct questions to the Central Housing Office at (618) 453-2301.
An "Intent to Vacate" form is not necessary for students leaving in May, as this is when the regular contract ends and this complex is closed over the summer. In order to check out at the end of the Fall semester (in December), you will need to complete and submit the online Intent to Vacate Form.
