Passport to Good Nutrition

Every March, we celebrate National Nutrition Month at a global level, with several meals based around the theme "Passport to Good Nutrition". These meals offer students access to international foods that are healthy and taste great. Students are encouraged to expand their palates and enjoy international flavor at a local level.

Our focus is to provide global cuisine that isn't typically offered in the dining halls. The themed meals take place during dinner service (4 - 8pm) several times during the month. Students may win prizes as well! Eligibility requirements for prizes: Students with a valid dining plan who eat in the designated dining halls during dinner on the dates listed below. Prizes are drawn for each theme meal - the more passport dinners students attend, the more chances they have to win!

The 2017 featured locales included: French, Greek and Thai.

For 2018, we are excited to feature the Ukraine, Sweden and Jamaica! See menus and dates below. Menu items, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
